Shipping Information

We process and ship packages Monday-Friday 10AM to 3:00PM. We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or holidays.

Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday.(If Monday is a Holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday)

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate /incomplete shipping information or further verification your order processing time may be delayed an additional business day.

If your package is returned to our facility by our provider (under the same label) for any reason, there will be a $15 return shipment fee that is applied for domestic orders. (Return shipment cost may vary on international shipments)

Your order may be delayed 1 to 2 business days if our verification department needs additional information. You will be contacted via email or phone if additional information is required for further verification. Please check your email if your order isn’t processed immediately. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

Free shipping on orders over $1000.00 for Wholesale only (This offer excludes International, C.O.D, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.)

Domestic Shipping

Following credit authorization and verification, orders placed before 3:00pm PST will be shipped out the same day. We strive to get your dresses to you as quickly as possible. We use UPS shipping for all orders in the USA and orders arrive within 1-7 business days. Our fulfillment center is in Los Angeles, California. If your shipping state is close to us, you will receive your order based on the map picture! For International shipping please read below....


Tracking your Package

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way. From the UPS first scan to delivery day. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery, because unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Feel free to sign up to “MY CHOICE” on UPS.com to get unparalleled insight of the delivery of your packages and control where and when they arrive.

PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service.

International Shipping

highcoutureusa.com ships to most foreign countries. Shipping will be calculated when order is ready to be shipped out. Orders are packed Monday-Sunday, but are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Starting October 9th, 2013 all international order will be shipped through UPS Worldwide. Shipping transit time varies from 5 to 10 Business days depending on what option you choose. You will be sent an email with your UPS Tracking number to the email provided when you placed your order.

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Highcoutureusa.com cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. Highcoutureusa.com is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
